She was a member of [[Fanon:Mayor Simmons|Mayor Simmons]]' wagon train from [[:wikipedia:Kansas City|Kansas City]] to [[Fanon:New Market|New Market]] and was one of the first settlers of the area. She and her husband [[Fanon:Robert Row|Robert Row]] would house [[Fanon:Bavel|Bavel]] during his stay in New Market, and she allowed Robert to go to [[Rapoville]] to learn more about them. When she gave birth and Robert returned, she and him named their son [[Fanon:Bavel Row|Bavel Row]] in honor of their new friend.

When the train ended at [[Fanon:New Market|New Market]], Isabelle would help settle the area, though she began to feel homesick, so she and Robert decided to have a child.

[[Fanon:Bavel|Bavel]] first mentions Isabelle after traveling between realms using the [[Book of Imagination]] and temporarily moving in with [[Fanon:Robert Row|Robert Row]] and Isabelle. During Bavel's stay, he would become friends with Isabelle and Robert, and Isabelle would agree to let Robert travel back to [[Rapoville]] with Bavel at the end of the week.
