Margie bears a strong resemblance to her son [[Patrick]], as he is also a coral-pink starfish with a pointy head, thick eyebrows, lavender eyelids and red spots across her body. Unlike Patrick, however, she has black hair with a red flower on top, and a green dress coated in purple Hawaiian flower patterns.

During the opening events of [[Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition]], Margie was taken hostage by an army of [[Doodle Dude]]s conjured up by [[DoodleBob]]. She is rescued by [[DoodlePants]] in [[The Jungle]]'s fourth level, [[Bikinos Bottos]], and thanks them for it. She plays no major role in the story beyond this, instead residing at [[Bikini Bottom Home]] for the rest of the game.
