After getting breakfast, he overhears Kacha telling [[Fanon:Ocean|Ocean]], the other new exile, how she was exiled. He interrupts her story to tell Oma and Ocean to meet him in his office, where he explains that they have no rights on the island, and that they must conform to his rules.
