Story
Before Bavel's Diary
Some time before the events of Bavel's Diary, Ibrahim would be chosen to be the next mayor of Rapocity. During this time, he would also appoint Sariah to act as his Ambassador.
Bavel's Diary
Bavel first mentions Ibrahim while in the Human realm, when he thinks of creating a Deputy Mayor position in Rapoville that would mirror the position of Ambassador Sariah. The next week, Bavel meets with both Ibrahim and Mayor Elkanah of the Starlite Works, asking them to give Robert Row, a Human, a tour of their village. Ibrahim agrees and would give Robert a tour of Rapocity in the following days.
P.S. Athys' Addendum
The day after Bavel disappears, Elkanah is visited by Peliossa, Tegean, and Athys asking if they had seen Bavel. However, he had not, and the three of them leave.

An unknown amount of time later, Ibrahim would pass away. It is unknown where his spirit went after death. According to Mari's footnotes in her transcription of Bavel's Diary, she deduces that Ibrahim is an ancestor of Moseus.
