The Warp Apparatus is the second Level Object drawn in Moon Surface, as well the fourth drawn in Space and the thirtieth in Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition overall. This acts as a teleporter that warps the player to a different part of the stage - as well as change the stage's angle in Note World.
Appearance
Due to the Warp Apparatus being a creation object and having no pre-drawn preset or guide, the appearance of this object is completely dependent on the player.

- When the Warp Apparatus changes the stage's trajectory in Note World, the controls also change in accordance to the position of the screen angle.
- This is the only creation to affect a stage in this manner.
- The entrance for the third secret area in Moon Surface is a Warp Apparatus.
