The '''Volcanic Core''' is the ninth and final level in [[Lavasteam]]. The [[Giant Robosa]] is fought here as the boss of Lavasteam, with six phases taking up the battle.

The '''Volcanic Core''' is the ninth and final level in [[Lavasteam]]. The [[Giant Robosa]] is fought here as the boss of Lavasteam, with six phases taking up the battle inside and outside the Giant Robosa's body; three phases fighting the Giant Robosa's fists, and another three fighting their eyes and heart whilst avoiding lava and rockets.

If [[Rocko]] is talked to, he can change the flow of the magma in the [[Magma Flow Factory]]. This changes the level name to Volcanic Core, along with this version of the level gaining an additional [[BakiBeard Coin]] for the player to collect. However, when doing so, the player cannot fight the Giant Robosa despite the two levels having the same name.

If [[Rocko]] is talked to at any point in the game, he can change the flow of the magma in the [[Magma Flow Factory]]. This changes the level's in-stage name to Volcanic Core upon entering it, along with this version of the level gaining an additional [[BakiBeard Coin]] for the player to collect. However, upon doing so, the player is unable to fight the Giant Robosa in this stage despite these two levels sharing the same name.
