Throughout the next month, Bavel and Athys, with help from [[Fanon:Pheme|Pheme Mina]] and [[Fanon:Tubbub|Tubbub]], begin constructing the [[:Category:Gates|World Gates]] using the power of both magical Books. While these are being built, the Creator also commissions Bavel and Mr. Tubbub to build [[Creation Hall]]. After the [[Beach Gate]] and Creation Hall are completed, Bavel is given the Book of Imagination to keep, and decides to travel into the [[Fanon:Starlite Works|Starlite Works]] to meet with the exiled Liškan Raposa in the [[Fanon:Starlite Works|Starlite Works]]. His meeting with them goes well, meeting Mayor [[Fanon:Elkanah|Elkanah]] and [[Fanon:Deputy Mayor|Deputy Mayor]] [[Fanon:Hanniel|Hanniel]], and he decides to invite them back to Rapoville if they please.
