He also appears in The 35 as a character in 1 out of 105

Steven is the father of Wilfre and Dion, and he was Mayor's Deputy Mayor due to the early death of the previous mayor. He would help welcome Circi and her family into the village, though Circi's grandmother, Athys would eventually kill him postmortem. Due to being a leader of the village, he would wander the world as a ghost for years until being summoned to The Wasteland, which he would eventually become mayor of.

Many years later, he would meet with Milfre and Miles, offering his support in having Milfre help Miles with a project. Shortly after, when Miles is corrupted into Salem Rose, Steven watches as he attacks the village, destroying the Stellar Showdown Housing Project, and stealing the Galactic Jungle and Lavasteam Village Orbs. When Milfre returns later, he watches her take the Watersong orb and reveal herself to be a Creation Hero before flying off to fight Salem Rose.

Steven is first seen when Circi, Percate, and Athys arrive in Rapoville after being chased out of Rust City. He welcomes them with the Mayor and his son, Wilfre. The group walks over to Percate's new house, and Steven helps Wilfre accept Percate's gift of a Ruby Pen. Eleven years later, Steven is killed by a now Shadow-corrupted Athys. He is found by his son, who calls out for help. Circi, Percate, Mayor, Cricket, and Dr. Cure arrive at the house, and Dr. Cure officially proclaims him dead.

Much later, after Circi discovers the ghosts of Wilfre's Wasteland, Steven, one of the many ghosts, teleports Circi to Wilfre's quarters, where Wilfre had left a half completed mannequin with Milfre painted on it. Eventually, as more ghosts arrive on the island, they elect Steven as their Mayor, and the island is renamed to simply The Wasteland.

During his afterlife on The Wasteland, Steven would hear a fight between Uzim and Sin Sin, attempting to break it up, but not arriving until Sigil does. With the fight over, Steven asks to speak with Sin Sin privately, but Sigil is adamant in refusing, taking Sin Sin with them to their house.
