The Village Altars, also called Village Pedestals, Village Pillars, and Great World Structures, are creations in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter. They are found and created in Wilfre's Wasteland. The three altars and their respective orbs are necessary to unlock the Hall of Darkness and the levels around it. When the altars and orbs are put together, they are called Village Monuments.

WatersongCanvas.gif Watersong[edit]

Altar 3, also called the Water Altar, Watersong Pillar, and Watersong Altar, is one of the three Village Pedestals. The Altar template can be found in either Drip Drop Docks or Sun Burn Bay. It pairs with the Water Orb to complete the Watersong Monument.

LavasteamCanvas.gif Lavasteam[edit]

Altar 2, also called the Fire Altar, Lavasteam Pillar, and Lavasteam Altar, is one of the three Village Pedestals. The Altar template can be found in either Underground Town or Volcanic Eruption. It pairs with the Fire Orb, which acts as the power source for the Lavasteam Pillar.

GalacticJungleCanvas.gif Galactic Jungle[edit]

Altar 1, also called the Space Altar, SpaceJungle Pillar, and Galactic Jungle Altar, is one of the three Village Pedestals. The Altar template can be found in either Toggle Tower or Stellar Showdown. It pairs with the Space Orb.

Trivia[edit]

  • If the player were to leave Wilfre's Wasteland after restoring all of its color, the altars would disappear.
  • Despite the altars being labeled as Altars 1, 2, and 3, they can be created in any order.
  • For some reason, the altar numbers are opposite of the order the villages were traversed. For instance, Watersong's altar is called "Altar 3" and Galactic Jungle's is "Altar 1".
    • Despite this, Mayor's dialogue implies that the intended order of completion is 3, 2, 1.
  • Village Altar templates are always found in the first played level in Wilfre's Wasteland themed after a specific village.
    • This means any of the first 6 levels in Wilfre's Wasteland can potentially contain an altar template.
    • This also means that it is impossible to collect a village's orb before collecting the template for its respective Altar.
