Hose, along with the rest of the [[User:GuyThatExists/Four Guardians|Four Guardians]], was commissioned by [[User:GuyThatExists/Joseph Tringali|Joe]] to make decisions in [[User:GuyThatExists/The Void|The Void]] alongside the screeners [[User:GuyThatExists/Willham|Willham]] and [[User:GuyThatExists/Mayo|Mayo]]. He was also tasked with lowering beings into the Void after they were cut or deemed unused. After the development cycle of each game, he would be deleted until the next game started development.

During the development cycle for [[Drawn to Life: Two Realms]], Joe called the Guardians to the [[User:GuyThatExists/Discussion Grounds|Discussion Grounds]] to pick a character to revive for the upcoming game. Hose gave the suggestion to create a second list of characters, only containing the ones with personality. Eventually, the group learns about [[Mildew]] and decides to send him up to the game, angering [[User:GuyThatExists/Shadow Mari|Shadow Mari]]. She attacks the group and threatens to bring life to the void if they didn't bring Mildew back down. Because the decision was irreversible, Shadow Mari ends up attacking the void, killing Willham and covering [[User:GuyThatExists/Ore|Ore]] in [[Shadow]] in the process.

Some time later, [[Miles]] sneaks into [[User:GuyThatExists/The Void|The Void]] and is met by Hose, [[User:GuyThatExists/Flash|Flash]], [[Rocko]], [[User:GuyThatExists/Jinxy|Jinxy]], and [[User:GuyThatExists/Willham|Willham]]. Hose makes fun of him for being groggy after stabbing himself with the [[User:GuyThatExists/Droogle Leader's Sword|Droogle Leader's Sword]]. Flash temporarily blinds him, and he stays with Jinxy as Miles, Rocko, Flash, and Willham go to the [[User:GuyThatExists/Color Vat|Color Vat]] in the [[User:GuyThatExists/The Next Chapter Village|The Next Chapter Village]].
Hose is later seen when [[User:GuyThatExists/Salem Rose|Salem Rose]], a corrupted version of Miles, comes to The Void. When Salem Rose jumps into the Color Vat and absorbs its power, Hose, along with the other [[User:GuyThatExists/Four Guardians|Guardians]], surround the vat, preparing to fight Salem Rose. Suddenly, the color erupts from the vat, knocking the Guardians down and covering them. It is currently unknown if Hose survived this attack.
