Zsasha does not formally appear until [[Treetop Village]], though the villagers, mainly [[Circi]], believe that he is behind the missing objects in the village. [[Mari]] sends the [[Hero]] and [[Jowee]] to [[Jangala]] to find him, but they only find his mask. Once the two of them make it to the Treetop Village to meet with the [[Monkey King]], they find that the Monkey King had kidnapped Zsasha due to the King's fear of [[Shadow Walkers]]. After the Hero defeats the Walkers, the Monkey King thanks them by releasing Zsasha and gifting them the [[Crystal Mask]]. When Zsasha makes it back to [[Rapoville]], he informs Mari that a Shadowy Figure had attempted to steal the mask, leading the villagers to believe that [[Wilfre]] had returned.
