It is one of the first locations encountered by the player in [[Drawn to Life]]. [[Isaac]] and [[Mya]] exit the village through here in search of [[Cindi]], and soon after [[Wilfre]] covers the entrance in [[Darkness]], blocking anyone from entering or exiting the Village. Later in the game, the player is presented with the opportunity to rename the village; this name will show up on the hanging sign on the Village Entrance.

While the Entrance has a much more minor role in ''[[Drawn to Life: Two Realms]]'', it can be seen at the end of the game after the [[Hero]] defeats [[Aldark]]. We watch as a revived [[Wilfre]] leaves the village through it, pausing briefly to look back at the village.
