Veila Rheinschild is a 19 year-old female Raposa from Capital Village. Drawn to life on Spring 1 of the fourth year, Veila was one of the Genesis Raposa, Raposa who were created directly by the Creator rather than born of another. As a Genesis Raposa, Veila was created to help advance her species; in Veila's case, she was given the natural mastery of magic. Her aptitude in the art allowed her peers to advance society at a rate otherwise impossible. However, despite her success in her abilities, Veila was unsatisfied with her performance is sought to improve her abilities further.
