As seen on [[Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii) Credits|Ken Capelli's]] [https://kencapelli.com/artdirection.shtml website], there were plans to have an Ink Well appear somewhere in the game. It's use is currently unknown, but it does have a "cracked" model, which may have played into the plot of the game at one point.

In the package shared by Ken Capelli, it was revealed that the Ink Well would've been found in [[Wilfre's Lair]] as the spawn point for [[Boss]]. It is unknown why it was replaced with the Ink Barrel in the final game.
