One aspect of the demo's plot that differs from the final game relates to [[Cindi]]. In the game, she is found upon the [[Hero]]'s creation and sneaks off into the [[Snow Gate]] to find her parents. Here, she is found as Madison and Jowee reach the Hall, and the [[Mayor]] is saved instead. From here she remains close to the two throughout the demo, witnessing the [[Hero]]'s creation and [[Wilfre]] (using [[Heather]]'s sprites) on the bridge. She even finds the [[Snowshooter]] template to give to the Hero, albeit not without trying to color it in first.

Everyone thanks the [[Hero]] for helping them as they come into view, and they give the [[Mayor]] the completed template to add to the [[Book of Life]], which is revealed to be a house template not seen in the final game.
