The '''Cave Monster''' is a creation and creature in ''[[Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter]]''. It resides in a cave in the western half of [[Lavasteam]]. When the [[Hero]] talks to [[Levi]], he gives the Hero an opportunity to draw a missing poster for the Cave Monster, but the Hero draws the Cave Monster itself. Once it has been drawn, Levi will thank the Hero and the Cave Monster will occupy the cave.

Due to the Cave Monster being a creation object and having no pre-drawn preset or guide, the appearance of this object is completely dependent on the player.

* The outline for this creation in [[Draw Mode]] is off-center.
* It is one of the few creations to have an animated creation model.
** Some of the other creations with animation are the [[Hero]], [[Bird]]s, and [[Pet]]. 
* [[Levi]] considers the Cave Monster to be his friend.
* Despite not having a template, a design for a template can be found in the game's files.
* The Lava Monster mentioned in the Cave Monster's prompt is also mentioned by [[Spike]] after completing [[Lavasteam]]'s story.
