Buck "Naykid" Panceless is a recurring villain in the RapoMan series. He runs a chemical plant and is the boss of Kem and his coworkers.

One day, Buck wore a pair of fancy pants to work when chemicals were spilled all over them! The pants were left completely destroyed. Buck was mad, as those pants were very expensive. He kept replacing his fancy pants every single day, but something ALWAYS managed to destroy them. Over time, he began to blame the pants for giving him bad luck. And eventually he grew to hate pants with a passion. So much so, that he wishes that he could get rid of pants forever.

When he learned that RapoMan became a superhero via a mysterious substance, Buck began scheming. Not only did he want to find out who RapoMan was, he also desperately wanted to get his paws on the stuff that made RapoMan a hero. Buck thought that he could use this substance to gain all the wealth and power in the world. AND the power to eliminate pants!

Despite being his boss, Buck is completely oblivious to the fact that Kem is RapoMan.

While Kem doesn't like working with one of his main enemies, he has too many reasons to stay. It makes him less suspicious, he gets easy access to important equipment, and he gets to keep a better eye on what Buck is up to.

Meanwhile, Buck actively uses a bunch of his workers as his minions and henchmen. He forces them to do most of his dirty work, while he gives himself all the credit. He makes his henchmen work long hours. Sometimes without breaks. He forces them to build his inventions, rob various places, and hold people hostage.
