The '''Discussion Grounds''' were a location created by [[User:GuyThatExists|GuyThatExists]] that appeared in [[:Category:Fanfiction|short story]] ''[[Fanon:Blank Slates|Blank Slates]]'', found in [[Fanon:The Void|The Void]]. It was destroyed by [[Fanon:Dinofrog|Dinofrog]] during the battle between he and the Four Guardians.

The Discussion Grounds are an area in the void with four mobile pedestals and a large, transparent, blue screen.

=={{Icon|Story}} Story==
The Discussion Grounds were first created after the [[Fanon:Four Guardians|Four Guardians]] were given life. It was used as a place for the Guardians and the two screeners, [[Fanon:Willham|Willham]] and [[Fanon:Mayo|Mayo]], to help make decisions about the development of upcoming games. The grounds were first attacked by [[Fanon:Shadow Mari|Shadow Mari]] immediatley before she brought life to [[Fanon:The Void|The Void]]. This attack did no damage to the grounds proper, but Willham and [[Fanon:Ore|Ore]] were both injured in the attack.

While many characters who were birthed in Shadow Mari's attack went out to explore the void, the Four Guardians stayed at the grounds after healing Ore. Eventually, they meet [[Fanon:Joseph Tringali|Joe]], [[Fanon:David Franco|Franco]], and [[Mildew]], who had just been victims of a coup in the [[Developer's Grove]]. Before they could have a meaningful conversation with them, the grounds were attacked by [[Fanon:Drakon|Drakon]] and [[Fanon:Dinofrog|Dinofrog]]. Drakon kidnapped the devs and Mildew, leaving the Guardians to fight Dinofrog. Eventually, they also get help from [[Fanon:Alana/Stories|Alana]], the [[Fanon:Droogle Killer|Droogle Killer]] and Willham, but the grounds were destroyed in the battle.

* The floating pedestals in the Discussion Grounds were inspired by the pedestals used in [https://danganronpa.fandom.com/wiki/Danganronpa_V3:_Killing_Harmony Danganronpa V3]'s trials, as both sets of pedestals are able to float and move around to allow the speaker to be heard better.
* Though the Discussion Grounds don't appear after ''[[Fanon:Blank Slates|Blank Slates]]'', a pedestal from the Grounds is created by [[Fanon:Skate|Skate]] in ''[[Fanon:Blank Slates 3|Blank Slates 3]]'' while demonstrating her powers.
