He was one of [[Fanon:Eugene Shinar|Eugene Shinar]]'s friends and came to [[Rapoville]] with him. He is notable for helping [[Fanon:Bavel|Bavel]] and [[Fanon:Athys|Athys]] with the [[:Category:Gates|World Gate Project]] and being the first [[Fanon:Rust-Furred Raposa|Rust-Furred Raposa]] known to live in Rapoville.

Some time before the beginning of ''[[Fanon:Bavel's Diary|Bavel's Diary]]'', Tubbub met [[Fanon:Eugene Shinar|Eugene Shinar]] and became a part of his group that eventually colonized [[Rapoville]].

[[Fanon:Bavel|Bavel]] first mentions Tubbub when putting together a team to build [[Creation Hall]] and the [[:Category:Gates|World Gates]]. Bavel and Tubbub split the work on the projects, though they both work on both projects. After the completion of the [[Beach Gate]], Tubbub begins working on the [[Fanon:Rust City|Rust City]] Gate and offers to travel back to Rust City to build the destination gate, but Bavel tells him of his plan to make "World Gate Kits" to send off to other villages. Thus, Tubbub begins accumulating a workforce from [[Rapocity]] and Rust City to help make these kits. About a week later, Tubbub began an expedition to [[Frostwind|Frostwind's Shrine]] to construct a Gate.
