He invites Brontes to their table, and the four of them begin discussing bringing a mayor to the village. -====2022====
-When Virgil visits the Galactic Jungle, he watches as Ho'aliona leaves the planet, and then he heads to Click's mayoral office to wait for him and his cabinet to arrive. When they do, he is honored to meet them but tells them that Maradyn didn't sign off on their launch. As such, Ho'aliona either needed to return to Raporia or agree to a new set of terms - survey each new group of life and send a diplomat to Raporia. Click and his cabinet reluctantly agree, and Virgil give Ho'aliona, who had been listening through a video call, his new orders.
-Later in the year, Virgil also confirms an official name change for Shadow City, returning the village to Rust City.
