They are created during second level of [[Icy Wastes]], [[Frosted Cove]]. It is a required creation that allows the [[Hero]] to progress through the third world.

The White Skates take the appearance of a white boot with teal laces. They have brown soles and a silver blade on the bottom.

The Black Skates take the appearance of a black boot with teal laces. They have black soles and a silver blade on the bottom.
