When was it stated that Miles became the mayor? I know that TR ''implies'' that Rose died, but that's never stated, nor is it stated that Miles is the new mayor. We also don't know how the mayoral succession in Watersong works. I don't think we should be adding stuff like this until DTL4 or Joe confirms that rose is dead/miles is mayor of WS. Otherwise, it should be relegated to trivia, with "..., though this is currently speculation" or "It is possible that..." appended to it.
