Fran is a Raposa woman originally from Rapoville who now resides in Watersong. She currently works as a wedding planner. She also has a baker for a girlfriend.
She's the ex girlfriend of both Jack and Julian. She was salty that neither of those relationships worked out. She still planned their wedding though.
She's trying to learn how to be a better person.

Fran is a Raposa woman with dirty blonde hair and orange fur. She often wears a redish pink skirt with a light blouse and a pink hairpin.

As a teenager, she used to date Jack Builde. When he didn't pay much attention to her, she dumped him for his best friend Julian. But, due to a mix of her being emotionally abusive and her being mean and homophobic toward Jack, their relationship didn't last too long.
Fran grew resentful of Jack and Julian, convinced that the failures of their relationships were purely their fault. She tried finding love elsewhere for a while, but failed and became a bitter person over the decades.
At some point she moved to Watersong and pursued a career as a wedding planner. Over time she grew close to a baker she often commissioned wedding cakes from.
When Nixie hired Fran to plan Jack and Julian's wedding, unaware of their past, Fran was initially furious and wanted to sabotage it. But after being confronted with her past behavior, and seeing how happy they were, she slowly learned to let them go and embrace a new life where she could improve and be happy.
