Oscar is a Raposa who lives in Lavasteam and works at the Lavasteam mines. He used to date his coworker Jack, but they broke up once Julian (re)entered the picture. After that, Oscar started to bond more with his other coworker Lucas (who Jack got him to warm up to), and they slowly formed a romantic relationship.
Oscar is that one guy that's trying to be the 'cool guy who doesn't care about what people think' but is actually the 'cares A LOT about what people think of him' guy. He shares many similarities to Julian in appearance and personality. (This is intentional, but I still gotta work more on him as I have a hard time explaining their differences in few words)
He grew up in an orphanage, not knowing any family members. So the concept of having a family to fall back on is very foreign to him. In fact, receiving help is something Oscar struggles with, as he often feels the need to handle things on his own. Whenever family as a concept is brought up around Oscar, he tends to feel jealous, left out, sad, and overwhelmed. He simultaneously feels like having a family is beneath him, and is always longing for a family of his own. This is probably why he cares so much about what people think of him. To Oscar, everyone around him is the closest thing to family he has.
