Hannah was a character in the Vignette universe.
Hannah was a gentle Raposa from Turtle Rock. She was one of the original Seven Sages who was blessed by The Creator, and part of the first generation of Raposa.
History[edit]
Hannah was created as part of the first generation of Raposa along with Turtle Rock. She grew up with messages being taught by the Creator himself, and took up the role as a Sage along with six other first generation Raposa.
The Raposa travelled around the Realms, many would leave to the mainland and begin establishing settlements of their own, however a handful remained on Turtle Rock to protect the Book of Life, as well as to continue teaching the word of the Creator and the world around them as they travelled.
Eventually, one of the Sages became curious about the Book and proposed that they should experiment with it themselves. The Sages were split on this proposition, three of them - including Hannah - believed that it would be sacrilege to taint the Book and that it is something they are forbade from interfering with aside from their teachings. However, the other four Sages believed that it could be important for their knowledge to discover if it was possible for Raposa to make their own creations, so the Seven came to an agreement that one of them would draw something on a blank page of the Book. This caused disaster, the image began to warp and the creation came out as twisted and blackened. The Shadow came into its existence for the first time, chaos erupted on Turtle Rock, and the Creator was enraged that one of the Sages had defiled the Book. A colossal storm began to rage out of the Creator's anger, lasting for several weeks, during the chaos, several of the Sages were killed at the hands of the Shadow, and several others at sea.
Hannah was one of two survivors, she and the other Raposa who had survived washed up on the Hidden Beach as the storm continued to rage on. Hannah begged the Creator for forgiveness and pledged that she would protect the Book from any further defilement and continue the holy teachings. The Creator believed that Hannah was pure of heart, and acknowledged that she had been against tainting the Book, he quelled the storm and built a new Creation Hall nearby for her to use as protection for the Book and further teachings.
As time passed, more and more Raposa became interested in the newly built Creation Hall, as well as Hannah's teachings, and a small community began to form. Eventually this community would build up into an entire village, becoming Rapoville.
Hannah later had a son, who she passed her teachings and duty as Sage to, and he would do the same for his children. Hannah passed away at the age of 93 due to old age.
