After she defaces the [[Book of Life]] and leaves the situation in [[Wilfre]]'s hands, she flees back to the factory to restart its operations. While she is working, she is summoned by [[Circi]] and Wilfre at the gate of the Factory. Athys attacks the two, converting them into [[Shadow]] beings, before being attacked by the two of them in return. They cover her in Shadow and transform her into [[Boss]]. After a brief second fight, Boss brings Wilfre to the top of the Factory and explains his plans to the [[Raposa]]. From this point on, Boss and Wilfre use this as their main base for operations.
