She asks Mari about [[Aldark]]'s location, prompting Mari to say that she doesn't know where he is. Eventually, after [[Miles]] and [[Russet]] remove [[Watersong]] and [[Lavasteam]] from the alliance, Metis follows suit with [[Shadow City]], pulling them out of the alliance.
