When [[Jowee]] and the [[Hero]] meet [[Cookie]] in front of his shop, he tells the two that the [[Windmill Blade]]s have gone missing, and that the [[Rapoville|village]] gets its water supply from the windmill. Jowee then asks the [[Creator]] if they could draw new blades, but [[Circi]] begins to chastise the group for always relying on the Creator instead of doing things themselves. After hearing this, Jowee remembers that there are windmills in the [[Eastern Winds]], and he and the Hero return to find blades.
