The Ink Tosser was an enemy slated to appear in [[Shadow City]], [[Icy Wastes]], and [[Eastern Winds]] levels. It would have acted similarly to the [[Dart Bonobo]], as it would have fired balls of ink at the [[Hero]] when they got close enough.

When it was modeled, the Ink Tosser, now called the Shadow Tosser, had a massive redesign, becoming more insect-like and gaining eyes.
