When [[User:GuyThatExists/Shadow Mari|Shadow Mari]] calls for all the Shadow and Ink monsters to attack [[User:GuyThatExists/The Void|The Void]], Sandal is one of the many beings to rise from the [[User:GuyThatExists/Shadow Hole|Shadow Hole]]. When Shadow Mari calls the beings back into the hole, Sandal hides under [[User:GuyThatExists/Fiora|Fiora]]'s dress until after Mayo's breakdown. Eventually, Fiora decides to name the dog Sandal, much to [[User:GuyThatExists/Ore|Ore]]'s amusement.
