They repeatedly jump in the air as soon as the stage begins, and throw swordfish towards the [[Hero]] upon being approached by the player. The Swordfish could be used as a platform after the tip hits a wall, and is able to be spun back towards the Swordfisher as an attack, as well as standard stomping. They are available to purchase for Build Mode at [[Isaac's Shop]].

The Swordfisher is a brown bear-like creature, with brown fur, a tanned mouth area and black snout. They can be seen wearing an orange sleeveless shirt with a picture of a fish skeleton, a red headband and a red-and-grey belt similar to a wrestling belt.
The Swordfish they carry consists of a light shade of aqua for it's body, and a much darker shade for it's fins.
