Mrs. Puff is a beige pufferfish with five brown spots near her face and teal fins that serve as her limbs. She has a brown back full of spikes, a round beak with lipstick put on it and big white eyes with black pupils. Her attire consists of typical blue sailor's outfit, orange necktie, red skirt and bright crimson shoes. She is almost always seen wearing a blonde wig, on which she plants a blue sailor's hat.

Larry is a large red lobster with very well-developed arm muscles and tail. He has yellow eyes that contain black pupils, and is always seen shirtless. The shorts he wears in this game are plain black, in contrast to the colored shorts worn in appearances within the show.
