Once the group teleports under the village, Cobalt first searches with Steele for Moby Slick, and Cobalt begins swimming to the whale when it shows itself. While attacking, Steele is shot by [[Fanon:GenericChallenge/Stories|GenericChallenge]], so Cobalt and Gargoyle board the Harbinger with Stocking to help him. Once on the ship, GenericChallenge offers them a chest of [[Color]], which may be able to save Steele, in exchange for Cobalt becoming a part of [[Fanon:Project Overhaul|Project Overhaul]]. Cobalt agrees to these terms and is presumably taken into canon, though it is unknown where he ended up.
