He is the titular founder of [[Fanon:Cecil's Militia|Cecil's Militia]], and he decides for the militia to join [[Fanon:Crawler's LARPing Group|Crawler's LARPing Group]] in traveling to the [[Fanon:Baki Temple|Baki Temple]]. In the temple, he gets the [[Fanon:Tree King|Tree King]] to join the militia, and he helps fight against [[Fanon:Tombstone|Tombstone]] in the final battle. However, due to the battle raging on and growing more dangerous, he is sent into canon by [[Fanon:Temte Mapleleaf|Temte Mapleleaf]].

Cecil is first seen after gathering a small [[Fanon:Cecil's Militia|Cecil's Militia]] to fight [[Fanon:Tombstone|Tombstone]] and introducing them all to [[Fanon:Repair Guy|Repair Guy]], [[Fanon:Fox|Fox]], and [[Fanon:Pot|Pot]]. As he introduces each member of the militia to the three of them, they grow annoyed and tell the militia that they needed to seriously prepare for the fight and lock up their emotions. However, Cecil watches the [[Fanon:Droogle Countess|Droogle Countess]] and [[Fanon:Droogle Leader|Droogle Leader]] reunite, telling Pot that he needed to tell them to lock up their emotions instead. The militia, plus the three others, watch as the Droogle Leader explains where he had in the years since [[Fanon:Blank Slates|Mayo's attack]].
