Sami is first seen vacationing on [[Fanon:Mardin Island|Mardin Island]] in the distant future, around [[Fanon:GuyThatExists' Timeline|3500]]. She settles around a campfire on a beach with her husband [[Fanon:Izak|Izak]], her daughter [[Fanon:Sasha|Sasha]], and her son [[Fanon:Illeo|Illeo]]. Sami prepares to read [[Fanon:The Ghoultale|The Ghoultale]], but Sasha asks to read it instead. After finishing the poem, Sami, Izak, and Illeo all tell her that she read it fantastically.
Sasha then asks how the name "[[Fanon:Zero Verbard|Zero Verbard]]" came to be, and Illeo asks if [[Sheepdog]]s and [[Shadow Ghoul]]s were real, so Sami and Izak answer their questions, going into the etymology of "Zero Verbard", talking about the Sheepdogs in [[Watersong]], and explaining that the [[Shadow]] was supposedly banished from the [[Raposa]] realm 1500 years ago. Illeo then says that he doesn't have a strong faith in the [[Hero]] and Sasha says that she does, and the family looks up into the starry sky, denying the existence of [[Human]]s, and going to bed.
