Cleo is first seen captured by [[Frostwind]], and the [[Hero]] is able to rescue her. Being brought back to [[Rapoville]], she reunites with [[Jowee]], her brother, and tells him that their parents were safe. Some time later, after [[Wilfre]] and [[Circi]]'s defeats, Cleo has recurring nightmares about the two of them attacking her, and one night, she wakes up from one and goes on a walk, eventually finding [[Wilfre's Scepter]] on the [[Secret Beach]], though she pushes it back to the sea. The next morning, Wilfre, revived, attacks Rapoville and uses the scepter to send Cleo, Jowee, and Mari to a windy village, where they are trapped while the world is drained of [[Color]].
