Steven is the father of [[Wilfre]] and [[Fanon:Dion|Dion]], and he was [[Mayor]]'s [[Fanon:Deputy Mayor|Deputy Mayor]] due to the early death of the previous [[Mayor (Position)|mayor]]. He would help welcome [[Circi]] and her family into the village, though Circi's grandmother, [[Fanon:Athys|Athys]] would eventually kill him postmortem. Due to being a leader of the village, he would wander the world as a ghost for years until being summoned to [[Fanon:The Wasteland|The Wasteland]], which he would eventually become mayor of.

 

Many years later, he would meet with [[Fanon:Milfre|Milfre]] and [[Miles]], offering his support in having Milfre help Miles with a project. Shortly after, when Miles is corrupted into [[Fanon:Salem Rose|Salem Rose]], Steven watches as he attacks the village, destroying the Stellar Showdown Housing Project, and stealing the [[Galactic Jungle]] and [[Lavasteam]] [[Village Orbs]]. When Milfre returns later, he watches her take the [[Watersong]] orb and reveal herself to be a [[Hero|Creation Hero]] before flying off to fight Salem Rose.

He welcomes them with the [[Mayor]] and his son, [[Wilfre]]. The group walks over to Percate's new house, and Steven helps Wilfre accept Percate's gift of a [[Pen and Pencil|Ruby Pen]]. Eleven years later, Steven is killed by a now [[Shadow]]-corrupted Athys. He is found by his son, who calls out for help. Circi, Percate, Mayor, [[Cricket]], and [[Dr. Cure]] arrive at the house, and Dr. Cure officially proclaims him dead.

With the fight over, Steven asks to speak with Sin Sin privately, but Sigil is adamant in refusing, taking Sin Sin with them to their house.
