He invites [[Fanon:Brontes|Brontes]] to their table, and the four of them begin discussing bringing a [[Mayor (Position)|mayor]] to the village. This conversation draws the attention of the entire cafe, so Virgil stands and announces the plans to everyone, asking them to keep quiet before leaving.
