Moe is first introduced while The [[Hero]] is looking in the mines to find [[Mari]]. Moe explains that [[Miney]] used to be a good mayor until he went crazy and took control with the [[Robosa]]. Moe then advises that the team find [[Key]], the engineer, because he knows how to stop the Robosa. The Hero saves Key, and the four go into [[Miney]]'s tower to find the key that destroys the [[Robosa]]. [[Miney]] locks them in, and The [[Hero]] ends up saving them. The key breaks and they make a new one with new materials. They flip the switch that turns off the Robosa, but Salem revives the [[Giant Robosa]]. It then turns out that Miney was told to do all of this by [[Salem]]. The Hero stops the [[Bosses|Giant Robosa]], and Moe thanks him.

Moe is a male Raposa with brown fur. He has a mustache and shaggy eyebrows, which hide his eyes. He wears a white helmet, as many of the residents of Lavasteam do, and wears orange clothing.
