Herb Star is a supporting character in the SpongeBob SquarePants TV series, and a minor character in the Drawn to Life spinoff title Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition. He is one of the residents DoodlePants can save and bring to Bikini Bottom Home.

Appearance

Herb bears a strong resemblance to his son Patrick, as he is also a coral-pink starfish with a pointy head, thick eyebrows, lavender eyelids, red spots across his body and a pair of green beach shorts, donned with purple Hawaiian flower patterns. Unlike Patrick, however, he has a walrus-esque gray mustache and a light-purple Hawaiian shirt with light-green flower patterns.

Story

During the opening events of Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition, Herb was taken hostage by an army of Doodle Dudes conjured up by DoodleBob. He is rescued by DoodlePants in The Jungle's third level, Perilous Cliffs, and thanks them for it. He plays no major role in the story beyond this, instead residing at Bikini Bottom Home for the rest of the game.
