Miah reveals that he's hesitant, so Joe decides to erase his memory of being a dev so that he could live out his final moments in peace. Miah thanks Joe and his memory is erased, so Joe sends him to the carnival with the rest of his family. Joe then gets back to searching for the Droogle Leader.
