The '''Starlite Works''' are a group of villages created by [[User:GuyThatExists|GuyThatExists]] that appears in the [[:Category:Fanfiction|short story]] ''[[Fanon:Bavel's Diary|Bavel's Diary]]'' as a major location. Inhabited by the indigenous [[Rapoville]] [[Raposa]], they founded the village after being forcefully removed from their home by [[Fanon:Eugene Shinar|Eugene Shinar]]. The first version of the Works was located in and around [[Deadwood]], though they would eventually disperse into the [[Forest Gate|forest]]. After this dispersion, they would name [[Fanon:Elkanah|Elkanah]] as the [[Mayor (Position)|mayor]] of the Works. Eventually, the villages would be dissolved into the [[Twilite Wood]], [[Star Forest]], and [[Gearworks]].

For around fifteen years, this would be their home, until eventually, the group of Raposa expanded throughout the [[Forest Gate|forest]], officially creating the Starlite Works. After officially founding the village, they would name [[Fanon:Elkanah|Elkanah]] as their [[Mayor (Position)|mayor]], who would in turn name [[Fanon:Hanniel|Hanniel]] as his [[Fanon:Deputy Mayor|assistant]].

Elkanah invited him into the village and gave him a tour and a history lesson of his people. Bavel then asked to form a treaty with the Starlite Works, though Elkanah was reluctant to sign, only signing on the condition that they wouldn't have to relocate. Afterwards, Bavel and Elkanah established a [[:Category:Gates|World Gate]] in the village.
The next year, Bavel returns to Elkanah with the proposition of allowing [[Fanon:Robert Row|Robert Row]], a [[Human]], to explore the village and learn their history. Elkanah agrees and takes Robert into the village, including Deadwood.
