The Deep Sea is the third world accessible in Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition. It has three standard levels, one vehicle level, and a boss level.
Levels
World 3-1
Cliffs of Doom is the first level in the Deep Sea and is the only minecart level in this world. There is no one for DoodlePants to rescue in this level.
World 3-2
Rock Bottom is the second level in the Deep Sea. DoodlePants has to rescue Larry the Lobster, a green Incidental 41 and a purple Incidental 158.
World 3-3
Dutchman Deck is the third level in the Deep Sea. DoodlePants has to rescue a blue Incidental 158, a pink Incidental 14 and a brown Incidental 158.
World 3-4
Below Deck is the fourth level in the Deep Sea. DoodlePants has to rescue a yellow Incidental 41, a blue Incidental 14 and Sandy Cheeks.
Boss
World 3-5
Doodle Patrick is the boss of Deep Sea and is fought inside the Flying Dutchman's ship in No Turning Back.

Trivia
- Deep Sea is mainly inspired by two different areas, both of which originate in episodes from Season 1 and are frequent locations in other SpongeBob games.
- The Rock Bottom stage is an obvious reference to the city Rock Bottom from the episode of the same name.
- The Dutchman Deck, Below Deck and No Turning Back stages all take place in and were inspired by the Flying Dutchman's Ship from the episode Arrgh!.
