Mine Cart Racer is the second level in The Jungle and the seventh level in Drawn to Life: SpongeBob SquarePants Edition in general, following Wild Jungle. As the player first starts the level, they're required to draw a Mine Cart. The stage is an auto-mover, with the player swiping the touch screen to gain a speed boost, jump and defeat Doodle Bats. They also have to touch Toxic Boxes with the Stylus to erase them before the Mine Cart hits them and swipe at switches to change the tracks. As this is a vehicle level, no other creations or Bikini Bottom Home residents can be found here.

- This is the only vehicle stage in the game to allow the player to change paths using the Track Switch.
- It is also the only wheel-based vehicle stage to include a Doodle Dude enemy.
