Floating Meadows is the second level of Eastern Winds and the twentieth level of the game overall.

Story

When Jowee and the Hero meet Cookie in front of his shop, he tells the two that the Windmill Blades had just gone missing, and that the village gets its water supply from the windmill. Jowee then asks the Creator if they could draw new blades, but Circi begins to chastise the group for always relying on the Creator instead of doing things themselves. After hearing this, Jowee remembers that there are windmills in the Eastern Winds, and he and the Hero return to find blades.

When the two return with the new blades, Cookie promises them a moist cake, but Mari notices that the electricity in the village is beginning to act up. She directs the two to Mike to see if he can help fix it.
