The Cave Painting is a creation in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter (Wii) that is drawn in The Drifting Isles.
Once drawn, the Cave Painting will appear on the stone walls of certain areas in the level. It has no impact on game play whatsoever, and is purely cosmetic.

Due to the Cave Painting being a creation object, the appearance of this object is completely dependent on the player.
The preset drawing for this creation is a depiction of a humanoid hunter throwing spears at what appear to be oxen.

- Due to a visual bug, the Cave Painting seems to pop out of the wall it is supposed to be on, making it seem larger than it needs to be.
