The Cave Monster is a creation and creature in Drawn to Life: The Next Chapter. It resides in a cave in the western half of Lavasteam. When the Hero talks to Levi, he gives the Hero an opportunity to draw a missing poster for the Cave Monster, but the Hero draws the Cave Monster itself. Once it has been drawn, Levi will thank the Hero and the Cave Monster will occupy the cave.

Due to the Cave Monster being a creation object and having no pre-drawn preset or guide, the appearance of this object is completely dependent on the player.
