It acts as an upgraded [[DoodlePants]] skin, allowing them to glide as they jump like the [[Feather Hat]], throw Water Balls as projectiles and pack a heavier punch for enemies. This, plus the [[Ninja Mask]] are the only Powerups to not have a time limit.
