The Baki Temple is a location adapted by GuyThatExits that appears in the short stories Blank Slates 2 and Blank Slates 3. It is a part of the Wii Village and is used to house the Jungle Creature, the Tree King, and various Unused Vehicles. After the Jungle Creature breaks out and is split into four, the Tree King is forced inside, and after he is broken out, the village is partially sent into canon by the Master of the Abyss. It is unknown if the Baki Temple is now in canon or if it was destroyed to make The Abyss.
Appearance[edit]
The Baki Temple is a large, stone temple that is decorated with the faces of ancient Bakis. The inside of the temple is primarily a maze of hallways, with multiple small rooms hidden around the temple. These hallways and rooms are lit up by torches. Deep in the Temple is the Tree King's Den.
Story[edit]
Blank Slates 2[edit]
The Baki Temple is first seen when the Tree King attempts to blow up a blockade that covered the entrance. Jinxy and Crawler's LARPing Group arrive at the temple to investigate, and the Tree King's group - Squid, Robot, Gingerfre, Red Dragon, and himself - attack them. In this battle, the Tree King redirects multiple attacks to the temple's entrance, eventually blowing the blockade off and adding the Jungle Creature to his group. He then traps Jinxy and the LARPing Group inside the temple, sealing them inside with Shadow.
Jinxy and the LARPing Group then decide to explore the temple in hopes of finding a different exit. While exploring, some of the group decides to run a short campaign, which Jinxy joins. Eventually, they come across a room filled with gold and two pedestals - one for Jinxy's Mask, and one for the Angry Baki Mask. Jinxy passes out after being killed in the roleplay and hearing a mysterious voice call out to him.
When Jinxy wakes up, a Droogle named Pot tells him that something was happening at the entrance, and on their way back, they see everyone exploring a second room. In this room, Rata, Tat & Tat find the UFO, and Pot finds the Sea Anemone. The group then returns to the exit where they notice the Shadow wall bowing out. The group starts to attack it when they hear the Tree King's roar from deep in the temple. The wall breaks down and the group escapes before the Tree King can attack them. Later, after this Tree King is defeated, Shadow Mari blocks the Baki Temple once again, trapping the third incarnation of the Tree King inside with no exit.
Blank Slates 3[edit]
Two years later, the Baki Temple is explored by the same group with a few extra members, notably including Cecil's Militia, which comes across the Tree King's Den. They fight him, and he joins their militia by force before they all leave. Every time the Tree King dies, he is reincarnated into his next body in the Baki Temple, and he uses this to his advantage in the fight against Drakon's body.
During the final fight against Tombstone, the Master of the Abyss uses her powers to send parts of the two remaining villages, the Wii and The Next Chapter Villages, to canon, though it is unknown if the Baki Temple was a part of this. If not, it was destroyed with the rest of The Void by Temte Mapleleaf, creating The Abyss.
