–Five Aldarks
The Five Aldarks are Shadows adapted by GuyThatExists that appear in the short stories Blank Slates 2 and Blank Slates 3 as minor antagonists. They are a hive mind of Shadow creatures that are based on five unused designs of Aldark. Each of them has separate abilities, appearances, and names. The members of the hivemind include Four-Arms, Centipede, Medusa, Sit, and Stingray. They were first created in the Two Realms Plains and opted to help the Jungle Creature attack The Void. After the Jungle Creature was defeated, they moved into the Shadow Village, being nuisances until Tombstone emerged. Once emerged, the Five Aldarks decided to join forces with it and gathered an army of Shadows to help revive it by sacrificing themselves.
Appearance[edit]
Each of the Five Aldarks has a distinct appearance, although they are all composed of Shadow, lack eyes, and have a toothy grin.
Four-Arms has four arms and a necklace with a ruby pendant. Centipede merely resembles a centipede. Medusa has six of tentacles on her head and tentacles for legs. She also has multiple diamond patterns on her torso. Sit has hoops on each arm, and he sits cross-legged on a cloud. Stingray merely resembles a stingray, but also has a halo above its head.
Story[edit]
Blank Slates 2[edit]
The Five Aldarks are first created by the Jungle Creature's Shadow and Color beams that landed in the Two Realms Plains. They are among the group that is attacked by SuperRapo, but their conflict ends when Gingerfre reveals his Shadow Stone to the group. The Five Aldarks reluctantly agree to let him lead the Shadow, but before any more conversation can occur, the Five Aldarks are absorbed by a stray piece of the Jungle Creature. After the Shadow Squid forms and is quickly defeated, the Five Aldarks are set free. The Aldarks and the rest of the Shadows soon move to the Shadow Village.
Blank Slates 3[edit]
The Aldarks are next seen a few years later, when Tombstone emerges from the Drawn to Life Village. They attack the defeated Tombstone when they arrive with the rest of the Shadow army, and when Tombstone is revived because of this, they evacuate to the Two Realms Plains with the rest of the fighters. In the Plains, the Aldarks attempt to sway public opinion in Tombstone's favor, but they are called out by Jinxy, who shuts them down. After the discussion, the Aldarks meet with many of the Shadows, including Shadokomo and Depression, about a plan to help Tombstone. However, Jinxy spots them again and sends them back to the Shadow Village.
They are next seen after Tombstone's attack in the Shadow Village, where it was defeated. However, the Aldarks commence their plan, calling out to the Shadows dispersed throughout the village, urging them to sacrifice themselves to Tombstone to revive it. The Aldarks are the first to sacrifice themselves, inspiring many other Shadows to jump into Tombstone, fully reviving it and allowing it to absorb most of the Shadow Village and most of the fighters who had been attacking it.
